Refund Policy

Pro subscription

Pro is $29/month at the founding rate, available to the first 50 paying agencies and held for as long as the subscription stays active. Free has no time limit and includes unlimited records at no cost.

If you cancel your Pro subscription, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Pro-rated refunds may be available within 14 days of a new subscription — email us and we'll sort it out.

How to request

Email hello@scopelinq.com from your account address with the word "refund" in the subject. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
